To ensure the perfect fit, the sleeping bag should be at least 20cm longer than the user's height. The weight depends on the individual's age and recommendations from therapists or doctors. As a general rule, we suggest applying 10% of the user's body weight directly to the body, but our team is here to assist you in choosing the right size and weight.

- The washing bag contains filler that can pile up during the washing cycle so please use the tumble dryer ball to reshape it after wash.
